Partner Agreement

This Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between ServiceBridge (“the Platform”) and independent service providers (“Partners”) who use the platform to receive and complete service requests.

By registering as a Partner and accepting service requests through ServiceBridge, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.


ServiceBridge operates as a facilitator only. We connect clients with independent service providers and do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any services.

ServiceBridge is not a party to any agreement between the Partner and the client.


Partners operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of ServiceBridge.

Partners are solely responsible for the services they provide, including quality, pricing, timelines, materials, and compliance with applicable laws.


Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between ServiceBridge and the Partner.

  • Partners are responsible for:
  • Their own taxes
  • VAT registration (if applicable)
  • Insurance
  • Licences and certifications

Partners set their own prices and submit quotes directly to clients.

ServiceBridge does not control or influence pricing decisions.

Clients are under no obligation to accept a quote, and Partners are under no obligation to accept a request.

ServiceBridge charges a facilitation fee equal to 10% of the total accepted quote value, excluding VAT, for each completed job.

Key Points:

  • Clients pay Partners directly
  • ServiceBridge invoices the Partner after job completion
  • Fees are payable within [7 / 14] days of invoice
  • Enterprise or high-value projects may have capped or negotiated fees

All payment arrangements are strictly between the Partner and the client.

ServiceBridge is not responsible for payment delays, non-payment, or disputes between Partners and clients.

Partners are encouraged to resolve disputes directly with clients in a professional and lawful manner.

Partners agree to:

  • Provide services professionally and competently
  • Communicate honestly and promptly with clients
  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate profile and service information

ServiceBridge reserves the right to:

  • Limit access to the platform if standards are not met
  • Suspend or remove Partners for misconduct
  • Investigate complaints

Partners agree not to deliberately bypass ServiceBridge to avoid platform fees for any client introduced through the platform.

This restriction applies for a period of 12 months from the date of the first introduction.

Partners accept full responsibility for the services they provide.

ServiceBridge shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from services performed by Partners.

Partners agree to indemnify ServiceBridge against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their services.

By registering as a Partner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Partner Agreement.
